The number of passengers in your group definitely impacts which van you will want to rent. A minivan rental can fit up to 8 passengers, whereas our passenger vans can accommodate 12 or even 15 passengers (depending on which model you choose). So before you do anything else, make sure you have enough seats for everyone.
Before you look at rentals, make sure you have a rental budget in mind. That bottom line can help you determine which vehicle to rent, based solely on rental rates.
Are you and your family members heavy packers? Then you’ll want to make sure that in addition to seating that you’ll also have enough storage space for all that luggage or beach equipment you plan to bring to Maui. A minivan has a moderate amount of storage, but if you like to bring a lot of bags, you may want a more spacious passenger van.
We try not to have uncomfortable cars in our fleet, However, minivans tend to be known for having more comfortable seats than a traditional passenger van. However, if elbow room becomes an issue in a minivan, then a passenger van may actually be a better option.
Do you need additional help determining which van is best? Go ahead and contact our crew at Allsave Car Rental Maui at (808) 875-9200. We can walk you through your options, share our current rental specials, and help you make a reservation.
